With more than 17 years of experience in hospitality, Mia brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record in hotel operations and commercial success.

Having held key leadership roles across Asia, including ANA InterContinental Tokyo, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong and InterContinental Singapore, she is known for her people-first leadership, customer-centric approach, and innovative mindset.

Her vision for Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium focuses on elevating guest experiences while fostering a warm, inclusive environment for both leisure and business travellers.
