AirAsia Announces Sale Offering 20%–80% Off Regular Fares

AirAsia has launched a fare sale offering 20% to 80% off regular prices for all seats on flights departing from March 2025 onwards. Travellers can secure discounted fares by planning their trips in advance.

For flights departing from Japan, the airline is offering 20%–40% off regular fares, with sample one-way prices (including tax) such as:

• Taiwan (Kaohsiung/Taipei) and Hong Kong: from 10,990 yen

• Bangkok (Don Mueang): from 12,990 yen

• Kuala Lumpur: from 21,582 yen

• Manila: from 11,016 yen

Premium flatbed seats will also be available at 20% off on selected flights.

For flights departing from Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, discounts of up to 80% off regular fares will apply. Sample one-way prices (including tax) include:

• Bangkok to Phuket: from 799 THB (approx. 3,740 yen)

• Bangkok to Chiang Mai: from 699 THB (approx. 3,270 yen)

• Kuala Lumpur to Denpasar: from 193 MYR (approx. 6,990 yen)

Additional offers include:

• Up to 50% off checked baggage fees when purchased during initial flight booking.

• A sale on the Sendai–Bangkok route, operating four times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) from December 1, 2025, with fares starting at 21,990 yen one way (including tax). The travel period runs until March 27, 2026.
