Air Canada Extends Ottawa–London Heathrow Flights Year-Round

Air Canada has announced that its non-stop flights between Ottawa and London Heathrow will continue during the Winter 2025–26 season. This service will ensure year-round connections between Canada’s capital and the United Kingdom’s largest airport. Flights can be booked through aircanada.com, Air Canada Contact Centres, or by visiting travel agents.

“Air Canada is maintaining connectivity between Ottawa and London, offering convenience for business, government, and leisure travellers from the National Capital Region and abroad,” said Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, and President of Cargo at Air Canada.

“This extension reflects Air Canada’s ongoing service to our region. Direct connections between Canada’s Capital Region and the UK are important for travellers, businesses, and the community,” said Susan Margles, President and CEO of Ottawa International Airport Authority.

“Most Canadian air cargo moves in the belly of passenger aircraft. The continuation of the Ottawa–London service improves access to the UK and Europe, supporting exporters, trade and investment,” stated The Honourable Maninder Sidhu, Minister of International Trade.

Ottawa–London Heathrow Schedule (Winter 2025–26):

*Flights will ramp up to four weekly flights for Summer 2026 beginning March 28, 2026.

This winter, Air Canada will also operate over 450 weekly flights to and from Ottawa across regional, domestic, international and transborder routes.
