Accor and Ennismore Expand Collection Brands Portfolio
Growth Driven by Independent Hotels and Flexible Brand Models
Accor and Ennismore are expanding their collection brands portfolio, bringing together independent hotels under shared platforms while retaining individual identity.
The group currently operates more than 180 hotels across its collection brands, including Emblems Collection, MGallery Collection, Handwritten Collection, Morgans Originals and Paris Society Hotel Collection. An additional 125 properties are in the development pipeline, reflecting ongoing expansion plans.
Collection brands are designed to support independent hotel owners by providing access to global distribution, sales, marketing and operational systems, while allowing each property to maintain its own character and positioning.
Brand Expansion Across Regions and Segments

Emblems Collection is focused on upper-luxury properties, with several projects planned across Europe and North America. MGallery Collection continues to grow through a mix of new developments and conversions in markets such as France, Greece and Southeast Asia.
Ennismore’s lifestyle brands, including Morgans Originals and Paris Society Hotel Collection, are expanding into new markets, with upcoming openings in destinations such as Greece and India.

Handwritten Collection, launched in 2023, is also growing through conversion opportunities, with properties opening across Europe and additional projects in the pipeline.
The expansion of collection brands reflects a broader shift in the hospitality sector, where independent hotels seek to combine their local identity with the benefits of global platforms and operational support.
