Absolute Hotel Services India Signs Consulting Agreement for The White Resort & Spa, Pawna

Absolute Hotel Services India (AHS India), a subsidiary of Absolute Hotel Services Group, has announced the signing of a Hotel Management Consultancy Services Agreement with Moksh Organic and Wellness Retreat LLP for The White Resort & Spa, Pawna, located in Lonavala, Maharashtra. The resort is expected to reopen in February 2026, following the handover and operational transition.

Set amid the valleys of Lonavala and overlooking Pawna Lake, The White Resort & Spa is designed as a nature-oriented retreat that combines contemporary design with its natural surroundings. The property is positioned to cater to leisure travellers seeking a calm, destination-based stay close to Mumbai and Pune.

The resort will feature 75 guest rooms designed to provide comfort and views of the surrounding Sahyadri hills. Supporting facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant offering a mix of local and international cuisine.

Wellness facilities will include a full-service spa and a fitness centre, supporting rest-and-recovery-focused stays. The property will also offer function and event spaces suitable for social gatherings, corporate off-sites, and destination weddings, reinforcing its role as a lakeside events venue.

Under the consultancy agreement, AHS India will manage the full pre-opening and transition phase. This includes operational audits, systems and process enhancements, preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, sales and marketing performance reviews, financial oversight, compliance support, and asset management advisory services. The engagement will be supported by regular site visits and ongoing virtual consultations from AHS India’s specialist team.
