Hilton Garden Inn Opens at Embassy TechVillage Bengaluru
Embassy TechVillage Welcomes Hilton Garden Inn
Embassy Office Parks REIT and Hilton have announced the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru. The 211-room hotel is located within the business park on Outer Ring Road and marks the latest addition to Hilton’s growing presence in India.
The opening also marks Hilton’s fourth hotel with Embassy REIT and the first phase of a planned 529-room dual-branded development at Embassy TechVillage. A full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property is expected to open later this year.
Situated in Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road business corridor, the hotel offers direct access to major commercial hubs and the upcoming Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station, making it suitable for business travellers visiting the area.
Embassy TechVillage is one of Embassy REIT’s integrated business parks, home to companies across technology, financial services, consulting and global capability centres. The campus serves more than 100,000 people and combines office spaces with retail, dining, hospitality and recreational facilities.
The new hotel adds to Embassy REIT’s existing partnership with Hilton, which includes the 619-room dual-branded Hilton Hotels at Embassy Manyata and the 247-room Hilton Hotel at Embassy GolfLinks.

Jitu Virwani, Chairman of Embassy Group, said the opening reflects the company’s approach to developing integrated business destinations that combine workplaces with hospitality and lifestyle facilities.

Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said Bengaluru continues to see demand from corporate and business travellers, and the new hotel strengthens the long-standing partnership between Hilton and Embassy Group.
The hotel features 211 guestrooms with dedicated workspaces, meeting facilities, high-speed connectivity, a 24-hour fitness centre and a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool.
Guests can choose from two dining venues. Desi Quotient (DQ) serves regional Indian cuisine, while Merigo, the all-day dining restaurant, offers a selection of international and contemporary dishes.
Andrew Ling, Regional Head, Focused Service and All Suites Brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said Hilton Garden Inn has been designed for travellers seeking reliable accommodation, practical facilities and quality dining.
With this opening, Hilton now has 13 properties in Bengaluru across its brands, including Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel also participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty programme.
