Hyatt Regency Delhi Appoints Chirag Porecha as Director of Sales

Hyatt Regency Delhi has appointed Chirag Porecha as Director of Sales, as the hotel continues to focus on its commercial strategy and business growth.

In his new role, Porecha will lead the hotel’s sales function across key segments, including corporate, MICE, and transient business. His responsibilities will include driving revenue performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s market positioning. He will also work with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Porecha brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background in sales leadership, business development, and client management. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Delhi, he served as Associate Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences, where he was involved in sales planning, business development, and corporate account management.
During his career, he has held roles with several hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, The Oberoi Bangalore, Radisson Blu Ahmedabad, and The Lalit Ashok Bangalore. His experience includes working across corporate transient and MICE segments, with a focus on sales planning and client engagement.
Porecha is a graduate of the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal.
The appointment reflects the hotel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its sales operations and expand its presence across key business segments in Delhi’s hospitality market.
