Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Director of Food & Beverage.

Pallavi brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to luxury hotels, premium brands, and event operations. In her new role, she will oversee the resort’s food and beverage operations, including restaurants, culinary offerings, and banqueting functions.

Pallavi joins Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort from Hotel Yak & Yeti and the Lal Durbar Convention Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she served as Director of Food & Beverage. During her tenure, she managed multiple dining outlets and was involved in the execution of conferences, weddings, and events.

Pallavi has been associated with several hotel pre-openings, including IBIS Styles Mysore, JW Marriott Jaipur, Kochi Marriott, and Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield. She also served as Associate Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Kolkata, where she managed a large team and oversaw high-volume operations.

Pallavi’s professional experience includes roles such as Regional Business Head (B2B HoReCa, South India & Goa) at BigBasket, Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore, and Associate Director of Events at Hyatt Ahmedabad. She has also been involved in catering operations for sporting events such as the Indian Super League (ISL), Indian Premier League (IPL), and the FIFA World Cup.

She began her career as a Food & Beverage Associate at The Leela Palace, Bangalore.

In her role at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pallavi will focus on managing food and beverage operations, menu planning, and team development.

The appointment is part of the resort’s ongoing focus on strengthening its food and beverage operations and supporting its overall business strategy.
