BLS International Introduces AI VoiceBot in the United Kingdom
BLS International VoiceBot Enhances Visa Applicant Support
BLS International Services Ltd. has launched its AI-powered VoiceBot service in the United Kingdom for the Spanish visa mission, providing automated assistance to visa applicants around the clock.
The launch follows the deployment of similar services at the India Visa Application Centre (IVAC) in Canada and the Spain-Ireland visa mission. The latest rollout forms part of BLS International’s wider strategy to integrate digital technologies into visa and consular support services.
The AI-powered VoiceBot is designed to assist applicants with a range of visa-related enquiries, including application requirements, documentation guidance, appointment scheduling, consular services and application status updates.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the system provides automated responses and helps applicants access information for routine enquiries without direct human intervention.
One of the platform’s key features is sentiment analysis technology, which enables the system to identify applicant concerns and escalate interactions when additional support may be required.
Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director of BLS International Services Ltd., said the launch in the UK builds on previous deployments and reflects the company’s focus on improving customer service through technology-driven solutions.
He noted that the platform has been developed to provide applicants with a more efficient, user-friendly experience while enabling quicker access to information and services.
AI Technology Supports Digital Visa Services
The VoiceBot is built using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Python SDK v2 and integrates with existing systems through a network of application programming interfaces (APIs), enabling real-time information exchange and service delivery.
Alongside the VoiceBot, BLS International has introduced an AI Quality Analysis framework that monitors interactions and evaluates conversations based on service quality, compliance and customer sentiment.

Nitin Mishra, Vice President – Global Contact Centres at BLS International, said the system was developed with scalability in mind, allowing the company to expand AI-enabled services across its international operations.
Expansion Plans Include ChatBots and Email Bots
BLS International plans to extend its digital support ecosystem by introducing AI-powered ChatBots and Email Bots across additional markets.
The company’s long-term objective is to create an integrated digital support platform that assists applicants throughout the visa process, from initial enquiries and document submission to application tracking and final collection.
The initiative reflects a broader trend within the visa and travel services sector, where automation and artificial intelligence are increasingly being used to improve service accessibility, efficiency and customer engagement.
