JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa Appoints Parul Lakhanpal as Assistant Director of Sales

JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Parul Lakhanpal as Assistant Director of Sales, strengthening its commercial team.

Lakhanpal brings experience in hospitality sales, with expertise in weddings and MICE segments, client servicing, event planning, contract negotiations, and revenue optimisation. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, strengthening client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across key market segments.

Prior to this appointment, she was associated with Marriott International, where she served as Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing and earlier as Senior Sales Manager, handling strategic sales initiatives and business development.

Before her tenure with Marriott, Lakhanpal worked with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts as Senior Sales Account Manager. She has also held roles with Andaz Delhi, a concept by Hyatt, and The Grand New Delhi Hotel and Residences.

Her experience spans corporate sales, weddings, MICE business, and account management, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality sales.

The appointment reflects JW Marriott Ranthambore resort’s focus on strengthening its sales leadership and enhancing its presence in the luxury leisure, destination wedding, and MICE segments.

Lakhanpal is expected to contribute to the resort’s commercial growth and market expansion through her experience and industry knowledge.
