Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar Appoints Jayanti Seth as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar has announced the appointment of Jayanti Seth as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development.

Jayanti brings extensive experience in human resources and learning & development, with expertise in employee training, talent management, workplace culture, and engagement strategies.

In her new role, Jayanti will lead the hotel’s learning and development initiatives, focusing on training programs, performance enhancement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives aimed at strengthening employee capabilities and supporting overall operational performance.
