TDI Infratech Announces Ramada by Wyndham Hotel at Panipat
TDI Infratech Hotel Project Supports Hospitality Growth in Panipat
TDI Infratech has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop Ramada by Wyndham Panipat Connaught Estate, adding a branded hospitality offering to its mixed-use development in Haryana.
The planned hotel will feature 53 rooms and is being developed with an investment of approximately ₹75 crore. Located within TDI Connaught Estate in Panipat, the property is expected to open in the second quarter of 2028.
The project reflects growing demand for branded accommodation in emerging urban markets, driven by infrastructure development, industrial growth and increasing domestic travel across India.
Situated within the National Capital Region growth corridor, Panipat continues to attract commercial activity and business travel, creating demand for quality hospitality infrastructure.
The hotel will cater to business travellers, transit guests, and small-scale meetings and events, while benefiting from its location within TDI Connaught Estate, which includes commercial and retail developments, along with access to major transport links.

Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, said the investment reflects the company’s confidence in Panipat’s economic development and its strategy of creating integrated urban destinations.
He added that the inclusion of Ramada by Wyndham complements the broader development and supports the company’s vision to deliver modern infrastructure and hospitality facilities.

Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director – Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said Panipat and other emerging cities across North India continue to present opportunities for hospitality development due to improving connectivity, increasing business activity and rising demand for branded accommodation.
He noted that the project aligns with Wyndham’s strategy to expand its presence in growing regional markets in India.
In addition to enhancing accommodation options in the city, the development is expected to support local employment and contribute to regional economic activity.
The project also reflects continued investment in India’s hospitality sector as hotel operators and developers expand beyond major metropolitan markets to meet demand in emerging business and travel destinations.
