Spice Route Restaurant & Catering Promotes Deepak Giri Goswami as Director of Food & Beverage

Spice Route Restaurant & Catering, New Jersey, has promoted Deepak Giri Goswami to the position of Director of Food & Beverage.
Goswami has been associated with the organization for over two years and has contributed to strengthening restaurant operations, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting business growth.
He brings more than 25 years of international hospitality experience across the USA, Europe, the UAE, and Asia, with expertise in restaurant operations, culinary management, business development, and customer service.

In his new role, Goswami will oversee food and beverage operations, operational planning, customer engagement, and business development initiatives, while supporting brand expansion across the Stroudsburg and Pocono regions.
Prior to joining Spice Route Restaurant & Catering, he served as Food & Beverage Operations Director at Hotel PAG Šimuni Resort in Croatia, where he was involved in launching and managing a multi-cuisine restaurant. He has also worked with Americana Group in Dubai as Restaurant Manager.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel and was part of the opening team at The Great Kebab Factory, Punjabi Bagh.
Throughout his career, Goswami has developed experience in operational planning, cost control, food safety standards, vendor management, and team development.
The promotion reflects the company’s focus on strengthening leadership and supporting its continued growth in the regional hospitality market.
