The Westin Chennai Velachery appoints Lingesh Durairaj as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Westin Chennai Velachery has announced the appointment of Lingesh Durairaj as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Lingesh Durairaj brings over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. In his new role, he will support the hotel’s food and beverage operations, focusing on service delivery, guest engagement, and team leadership.

Over the course of his career, he has been associated with hospitality brands such as Radisson Blu, ITC Hotels, and The Park Hotels. His experience includes work in guest relations and F&B operations across upscale hospitality environments.

Durairaj is also recognised for his achievement in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for creating the fastest number of cocktails in one minute, with a record of 21 cocktails.

Known for his guest-centric approach and operational expertise, he is expected to contribute to strengthening the hotel’s dining experiences and service standards.
