Fine Acers Appoints Suresh Koram to Lead UK Operations and NRI Outreach

Fine Acers has announced the appointment of Suresh Koram as Authorised Business Partner, effective 14 May 2026. He will be based out of the company’s London office and will oversee regional operations while leading engagement with the NRI community across the UK.

Fine Acers operates in the luxury real estate and resort investment segment and has developed hospitality-led properties across destinations such as Udaipur, Goa, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jawai, Coorg, and Sakleshpur. The company follows a sale-leaseback model and has collaborated with hospitality brands including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Grand, Dolce Hotels and Resorts, and Royal Orchid Hotels.

Suresh Koram brings over two decades of professional experience across technology, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives. He began his career with Wipro in 2000 and later worked with Dell in 2004. Since 2012, he has been associated with Visa.

In addition to his corporate background, Koram is involved in entrepreneurial ventures across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate. He is associated with WIZ Technologies, a software and web development firm, and NTR Bio Sensors, established in 2019, which operates across markets including Italy, the UK, Ireland, and India.

In his new role, he will be responsible for managing operations in the UK market and strengthening the company’s outreach and engagement with the NRI community in the region.
