Lords Hotels & Resorts Appoints Devyani Jagtap as General Manager – Pre-opening

Lords Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Devyani Jagtap as General Manager – Pre-opening, based at its corporate office in Mumbai.

Devyani brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in pre-opening operations, strategic planning, project execution, and operational process implementation.

In her new role, she will lead pre-opening initiatives across upcoming properties within the company’s portfolio, supporting project planning, operational readiness, and alignment with brand standards as the group continues its expansion.

Her experience includes managing key aspects of hotel openings such as systems implementation, staffing frameworks, service design, vendor coordination, and launch preparedness. She has been involved in structured project execution across multiple hospitality functions, contributing to operational efficiency and consistency.

Throughout her career, she has been recognised for her focus on execution, planning, and process-driven operations within hospitality environments.

In this position, she will also support operational alignment across the organisation’s expanding network, with a focus on ensuring consistency and readiness across new properties.
