Qatar Airways Philadelphia Service Expands North American Network

Qatar Airways has announced the return of daily flights between Doha and Philadelphia, with services scheduled to resume from 1 August 2026.

The reinstated route will strengthen the airline’s presence in North America, bringing its regional network to 14 destinations and providing travellers with additional connectivity between the United States and Qatar.

The route will be operated with the Airbus A350-900, featuring the airline’s Qsuite Business Class cabin and onboard Starlink internet connectivity. Qatar Airways has continued to expand Starlink across its fleet, offering passengers access to high-speed internet during their journeys.

The resumption of Philadelphia services reflects the airline’s continued focus on the U.S. market. Passengers travelling from Philadelphia will gain access to connections across Africa, Asia and the Middle East through Doha’s Hamad International Airport. The service will also provide onward travel options within the United States through Qatar Airways’ oneworld partner, American Airlines.

Since launching its first U.S. route to New York in 2007, Qatar Airways has steadily expanded its North American operations, connecting travellers to destinations across its international network.
