IHG and ANA Strengthen Loyalty Partnership for Members
Loyalty Partnership Connects IHG One Rewards and ANA Mileage Club
IHG Hotels & Resorts and All Nippon Airways have announced an expanded loyalty partnership, linking their respective programmes—IHG One Rewards and ANA Mileage Club. The partnership is expected to roll out after October and aims to offer members more flexibility across air travel and hotel stays.
Under the agreement, members who link their accounts will be able to access a range of benefits, including status recognition, dual points earning on selected ANA international flights, and the ability to convert points between the two programmes.
ANA Mileage Club members will receive corresponding tier status within IHG One Rewards, allowing access to benefits such as room upgrades and late check-out at participating hotels. Higher-tier ANA members will have pathways to equivalent elite tiers within IHG’s programme, subject to certain conditions.
Travellers flying on eligible ANA international routes will also be able to earn both ANA miles and IHG One Rewards points on the same journey. Points earned will be based on factors such as flight distance and fare class.
In addition, the partnership introduces a two-way exchange system that allows members to convert ANA miles into IHG One Rewards points and vice versa. This builds on the existing one-way conversion option and provides more flexibility for redeeming rewards.

Through this collaboration, members will be able to earn and use rewards across ANA’s international network, which connects 40 cities through 55 routes, alongside IHG’s global portfolio of more than 7,000 hotels across over 100 countries.
The partnership builds on a long-standing relationship between the two companies and reflects continued alignment between aviation and hospitality loyalty programmes, offering integrated travel benefits across both sectors.
