Kantilal Namdev Kadam Appointed as Senior Sales- Events at Hyatt Regency Pune

Hyatt Regency Pune and Residence has promoted Kantilal Namdev Kadam to the position of Senior Sales – Events.

Kadam brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in event sales, guest relations, hotel operations and business development. He began his career in food and beverage operations before moving into sales, where he developed expertise in managing events and building client relationships.

Prior to this promotion, he was associated with The Leela Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Center as Sales Account Manager – Events & Catering. In this role, he managed key client accounts, handled event bookings and contributed to business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Over the years, Kadam has built a reputation for delivering successful events and maintaining high standards of customer experience. His experience across hotels, resorts and large-scale event venues has strengthened his understanding of the hospitality and events segment.

He is known for his focused approach to hospitality sales, along with his ability to create memorable guest experiences while driving business performance.

In his new role as Senior Sales – Events, Kadam will be responsible for expanding the hotel’s events business, strengthening corporate partnerships and enhancing guest experiences through curated events and celebrations.

The promotion reflects Hyatt Regency Pune and Residence’s continued focus on strengthening its events portfolio and delivering high-quality experiences. With Kadam’s industry experience and operational knowledge, the hotel aims to further grow its position in the meetings and events segment.
