APPOINTMENT

Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences has announced the promotion of Kantilal Namdev Kadam to Associate Director of Events. The appointment reflects the hotel’s continued focus on strengthening its events and hospitality operations.

With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Kantilal has developed expertise in event sales, guest relations, hotel operations, and business development. Throughout his career, he has been involved in managing events, developing client relationships and supporting business growth across various hospitality segments.

Kantilal began his journey in hospitality through food and beverage operations before moving into event management and sales roles. Over the years, he has worked with several hospitality brands, gaining experience in customer service, team leadership, event planning and operational management.

Before joining Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences in his new capacity, he served as Associate Director of Events at The Leela Gandhinagar & Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Center. In that role, he managed client accounts, oversaw event bookings and contributed to the property’s commercial performance.

In his new position, Kantilal will focus on expanding the hotel’s events business, strengthening corporate partnerships and supporting the delivery of guest-focused events and celebrations.

The promotion highlights Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences’ commitment to recognising talent and supporting leadership development within the organisation.
