The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa has announced two new appointments in the Culinary & Food & Beverage department to elevate the resort’s dining experience further.
Sidharth Bhardwaj- Appointed as Executive Chef

Chef Sidharth brings 18 years of culinary experience. He has previously been appointed as Executive Chef at celebrated properties including the Sheraton Hyderabad and JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort and Spa.
Chef Sidharth has also been recognized with key industry accolades, including the ‘Young Hotel Chef of the Year 2017’ by FHRAI and the ‘Award of Culinary Excellence, Asia Pacific Rising Star 2016’ from Marriott International.
Braj Mohan Jat- Appointed as Director of Food & Beverage

Braj Mohan brings over 13 years of experience with Marriott International. He holds expertise in revenue management, event & conference management, and elevating guest standards.
In their new roles, Chef Sidharth and Braj will oversee the resort’s culinary portfolio, ensuring that each venue Harvest, Haven, Ira, and the Pool Bar delivers as per the brand’s standards.
