APPOINTMENT
Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has announced the appointment of Pierre Betourne as the new General Manager.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Pierre brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, team building and brand development across global destinations.
A key milestone in Pierre’s hospitality career includes leading business recovery in Thailand following the COVID-19 crisis. With hotels closed for 18 months, he reopened and revitalised four Accor properties in Phuket and Hua Hin, that earned him Best General Manager award in 2024.
Another highlight in his career was his leadership in the development of Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort.
Commenting on his appointment, Pierre said, “My journey in hospitality has taken me across cultures and continents, shaping me both as a leader and a learner. Whether rebuilding after crisis or developing a hotel from the scratch, I’ve always believed in resilience, teamwork and the power of a strong vision to transform challenges into momentum.”
