APPOINTMENT
Pratik Shinde has been appointed as the new General Manager at Lotus Eco Beach Resort, Murud.
Pratik Shinde holds 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked across leading hotels such as Baywatch Resort Goa, Express Inn Nashik, Picaddle- The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala, Keys Prima Templetree Shirdi, Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik, and The Fern – Heaven on the Hills, Saputara.
He is known for his expertise in strategic acumen, operations, people-first leadership, team mentoring, and generating more revenue.
Commenting on his appointment, Pratik said, “Lotus Eco Beach Resort, Murud is a unique coastal destination that reflects the charm of nature with the warmth of Indian hospitality. My focus will be on curating experiences that guests cherish, while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable practices in line with the values of The Orchid Hotel Group.”
In his new role, Pratik will steer the resort towards service innovation, stronger guest engagement, and efficient operations.
