APPOINTMENT
Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Jorge Madrigal as its new General Manager following a recent renovation.
In his new role, Jorge will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s operations, including guest services, staff management, and strategic planning. He will continue in his role as complex General Manager of Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street.
This strategic appointment comes after the completion of the resort’s renovation in October 2024. It included redesigned public spaces, guest suites, updated meeting venues, and a new menu at Allison Restaurant & Bar.
Jorge holds over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in 1984 and has held management positions at Sheraton properties in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
In 2010, he was promoted to Complex Hotel Manager for The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel. He later served as Director of Rooms at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton.
He joined Hilton in 2017 as complex general manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa and Embassy Suites by Hilton Fort Lauderdale 17th Street.
