APPOINTMENT
Surat Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Chef Bishwajeet Kumar as Executive Chef.

He brings more than 23 years of experience in culinary leadership across Hotel kitchens, Air catering services, Cruise liners, and Large-scale catering operations.
Chef Bishwajeet has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as Marriott International, IHCL, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and The Orchid.
He was last appointed at IHCL with TajSats Air Catering, Goa. He holds expertise in leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and delivering elevated dining experiences.
In his new role, he will oversee all culinary operations at Surat Marriott Hotel, including its signature restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining, with emphasis on operations, food quality, and a focus on guest experience.
