Zuma Phuket at Anantara Layan: Season Extended

uma Phuket at Anantara Layan: Season Extended

Zuma Phuket, the seasonal restaurant that first opened in 2016, will once again return to the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Due to its immense popularity, Zuma will extend its seasonal stay in Phuket until April 2026. Located in The Beach House, Zuma Phuket features a main kitchen, a sushi bar, and an open robata grill kitchen, allowing guests to watch the chefs at work. Set against the backdrop of the Andaman Sea, guests can enjoy Japanese dishes in a beachside atmosphere.

This season, diners can enjoy the signature Daikoku dining tasting menu, available at THB 4,850 per person, or the Daikoku tasting menu, available for THB 6,950 per person, featuring a selection of Zuma’s finest dishes. Highlights of the menu include Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Truffle Ponzu, Sliced Chu Toro served with Chili Ponzu, Coriander, and Garlic Crisps, and Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin accompanied by Truffle Sauce and Chili Ponzu. Both tasting menus conclude with a deluxe dessert platter.

The Zuma Weekend Brunch is available from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, offering a dining experience ideal for travellers. Guests can select from two Baikingu menus: a food-only option priced at THB 3,900 per person or a more indulgent combination of food and champagne for THB 5,300 per person. The brunch begins with a selection of popular Zuma dishes served family-style, including Fried Softshell Crab with Wasabi Mayonnaise, White Shrimp Tempura with Chili Mayonnaise and Lime, Sweet Potato with Teriyaki Glaze and Sesame, and Pork Gyoza with Spicy Dipping Sauce, along with a variety of sashimi, nigiri, and maki. Each guest can choose one main course, including Chilean Sea Bass with Green Chili Ginger, Glazed Spicy Pork Ribs with Hoisin Sauce, and Teriyaki Salmon Fillet with Pickled Cucumber. The meal concludes with a shared deluxe dessert platter.

In addition to the dining experience, guests can savour Zuma’s Japanese-inspired cocktails, accompanied by live DJ music, creating memories in this setting. Guests are encouraged to call and make reservations, as the opening hours may vary monthly.
