The Westin Chennai Velachery Promotes Nitesh Dubey to Food & Beverage Manager

The Westin Chennai Velachery has announced the promotion of Nitesh Dubey to the position of Food & Beverage Manager.

Nitesh brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage operations, guest service, and team leadership. He joined the hotel as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in November 2023 and has since been involved in enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences.

Prior to this, he has worked with leading hospitality companies including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels. His experience spans multiple brands and properties, including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Sheraton Grand, and Hyatt Regency.

Nitesh is a graduate of the Institute of Science & Management, where he completed a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology.O

Over the course of his career, Nitesh has been recognised for his operational approach, team leadership, and focus on service excellence. His leadership style emphasises team engagement and delivering consistent guest experiences.

In his new role at The Westin Chennai Velachery, he will oversee food and beverage operations at the hotel, focusing on service standards, team development, and overall guest satisfaction.
