BNW Developments and Radisson Hotel Group Announce Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences at RAK Central
BNW Developments has announced the launch of the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences at RAK Central in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. The project marks Radisson Blu’s entry into RAK Central, a mixed-use district in Ras Al Khaimah.
The announcement was attended by senior leadership from both organizations, along with stakeholders from the real estate and hospitality sectors. The launch event drew over 8,000 attendees and featured live performances by Blue and Indian artists Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik.
Located within RAK Central, the development forms part of Ras Al Khaimah’s expanding commercial and lifestyle district. Positioned near Al Marjan Island, the area is being developed as an integrated zone combining offices, residences, hospitality, and retail within a connected urban setting.
BNW Developments currently has more than 10 projects underway in Ras Al Khaimah, reflecting its ongoing investment in the emirate’s residential and mixed-use growth.
Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences align with the company’s long-term plans for Ras Al Khaimah, combining international brand standards with an integrated live-work-play environment.
Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-Founder of BNW Developments, stated that the project reflects Ras Al Khaimah’s evolving urban direction and aims to support both investor participation and residential living within a branded hospitality framework.
Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys within a newly constructed property above retail and cinema spaces. The hotel is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers and will include five food and beverage outlets, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event facilities, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a children’s club.
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, will comprise 222 branded residences. Residents will have access to hotel-managed services and shared amenities, supported by operational integration across the wider development.
Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer, Middle East, NE Africa, Cyprus & Greece at Radisson Hotel Group, said the partnership reflects Ras Al Khaimah’s growing profile as both an investment market and visitor destination, adding that the project introduces Radisson Blu’s operational model and service standards to RAK Central.
The Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences at RAK Central represents a collaboration between BNW Developments and Radisson Hotel Group, bringing branded hospitality and residential offerings to one of Ras Al Khaimah’s emerging mixed-use districts.
