APPOINTMENT
Virgin Hotels Collection has announced the appointment of Paloma Martinez as the new Vice President of Operations, Americas.

In this new role, Paloma will be overseeing operations across the company’s U.S. Virgin Hotels portfolio and select Virgin Limited Edition properties in the region including Necker Island and Branson Beach Estate. She will be responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating service standards, and enhancing the guest experience across the Collection’s diverse portfolio.
Paloma brings more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations across 13 countries. Her previous roles include leadership positions with InterContinental Hotels Group, Six Senses, and Kimpton Hotels.
She holds a BA in International Business and Finance from St. Louis University and has completed an executive program at Cornell University. Martinez is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
Paloma has also been recognized with several industry accolades, including IHG’s Next Thinking GM Award and Spain’s Top 100 Leading Women Award.
