Vedic Village Spa Resort has announced two new appointments, further strengthening its leadership team.
Shivraj Bera- Appointed as Associate Director- Food & Beverage
Shivraj holds over 15 years of hospitality experience. He started his journey as a Hotel Operations Trainee at Majorda Beach Resort, Goa and progressed through senior roles.
He has held key roles at brands like The Sonnet, Kolkata, InterContinental Hotel Muscat and Mehfil Group of Hotels.
In his new role at Vedic Village, he will focus on elevating service standards, optimizing operations and leading teams to deliver elevated guest experiences.
Chef Zaved- Appointed as Associate Director of Culinary
Chef Zaved brings 18 years of culinary expertise, having held leadership roles at hospitality brands like Taj Bengal Kolkata, The Townhouse, and Basilico.
He also had a seven-year stint at Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Antara Luxury River Cruises where he was elevated to Senior Executive Chef.
Chef Zaved has also collaborated with Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar, worked on large- scale catering projects like the International Air Force Exhibition, and has been featured in leading media outlets.
