Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse Announces Leadership Promotions Across Key Functions

Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse has announced the promotion of three team members into leadership roles across front office, housekeeping, and engineering functions, as part of its focus on developing internal talent and strengthening operational leadership.

Tanushree Paul has been promoted to Front Office Manager. She previously served as Assistant Front Office Manager and has been associated with the hotel since June 2023. Her experience includes front office operations, guest services, and team coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology from NSHM School of Hotel Management.

Kaustav Bhattacharjee has been elevated to Executive Housekeeper from his previous role as Housekeeping Manager. He has been involved in maintaining service standards and housekeeping operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Guwahati and has received industry recognition, including the Clean Warrior Honours by World of Hospitality.

Santhosh Ramanna has been promoted to Director of Engineering from Chief Engineer. He has been responsible for engineering operations, maintenance, and asset management. His professional background includes recognition for maintenance and operational standards. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from KSOU Mysore.

In their new roles, the three leaders will oversee their respective departments, focusing on operational efficiency, service delivery, and team management.

Commenting on the promotions, Shiv Bose, General Manager, Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, said that these elevations reflect the hotel’s approach to developing internal talent and strengthening its leadership structure.

The promotions are part of the hotel’s ongoing efforts to build leadership capabilities aligned with operational requirements and evolving hospitality trends.
