Udaipur Marriott Hotel Announces Leadership Appointments in Human Resources and Engineering

Udaipur Marriott Hotel has announced two leadership appointments, promoting Khushboo Sharma to Director of Human Resources and appointing Naveen Shekhawat as Director of Engineering.

Khushboo Sharma Promoted to Director of Human Resources

Khushboo Sharma has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at Udaipur Marriott Hotel. She joined Marriott International in April 2021 as Human Resources Manager in Ahmedabad and was later promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources.

During her tenure, she was involved in the transition of the property from Courtyard by Marriott to Le Méridien Ahmedabad. She later joined Udaipur Marriott Hotel in December 2024 as part of its pre-opening team, contributing to the development of human resources processes and associate engagement initiatives.

Khushboo brings over 14 years of experience in hospitality human resources, with previous roles at Taj Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, and The Oberoi Group. In her new role, she will oversee talent development, employee engagement, and human resources operations at the hotel.

Naveen Shekhawat Appointed Director of Engineering

Naveen Shekhawat has joined Udaipur Marriott Hotel as Director of Engineering. He brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality engineering and operations.

He began his career with Oberoi Hotels and has since worked with hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Hotels. His experience includes managing pre-opening projects, renovations, and engineering operations.

In his current role, Naveen will oversee the hotel’s engineering functions, including maintenance, safety systems, and operational infrastructure.

These appointments reflect the hotel’s focus on strengthening its leadership team across key operational functions.
