THV Signs Mercure Kasauli Under Franchise with Accor and InterGlobe

Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has announced the signing of a new Mercure hotel in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, as part of its master franchise agreement with Accor and InterGlobe. This signing represents the introduction of Accor’s midscale Mercure brand to Kasauli, catering to travellers looking for leisure stays, events, and authentic local experiences.

The upcoming Mercure Kasauli will feature 55 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar, event spaces for weddings, social gatherings, and corporate retreats, as well as recreational facilities for families and children. The design will reflect Kasauli’s colonial architecture and mountain environment while providing modern comfort and regional elements.

THV’s master franchise arrangement with Accor continues to support the rollout of midscale hotels across India’s emerging leisure destinations. Mercure Kasauli represents a collaboration focused on operational consistency, locally inspired design, and guest experiences aligned with each destination’s identity.

Kasauli has grown into a notable destination for leisure travel and small-scale events due to its scenic location, proximity to Delhi and Chandigarh, and mild climate.
