Malaysian Food Festival Comes to Chi Ni at The Roseate New Delhi
Chi Ni at The Roseate New Delhi will host a Malaysian Food Pop-Up from 24 July to 30 July 2026, offering guests the opportunity to explore Malaysia’s flavours and culinary traditions. The dining experience will be available during dinner service on an à la carte basis.
The menu has been curated by Guest Chef Fitri and features a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes inspired by Malaysian cuisine, highlighting regional recipes and cooking techniques.
Menu Highlights
Guests can choose from a range of dishes, including Satay Ayam bersama Kuah Kacang (chicken skewers with peanut sauce), Nasi Lemak bersama Ayam Bercili (coconut rice served with spicy chicken sambal), Char Kway Teow Udang (stir-fried flat noodles with prawns), Rendang Kambing (slow-cooked mutton rendang) and Udang Masak Lemak Cili Api (prawns cooked in a coconut-based gravy).
The vegetarian menu includes Gado-Gado bersama Kuah Kacang, Rendang Nangka Muda (jackfruit rendang) and Laksam Kelantan, a rice noodle dish from northern Malaysia.
Desserts on the menu include Onde-Onde, Sagu Gula Melaka and Tepung Pelita, offering guests a taste of traditional Malaysian sweets.
