Black Rock Hotels & Resorts Elevates Gaurav Mudgal as Managing Director

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has elevated Gaurav Mudgal to the position of Managing Director.
In this role, he will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic growth, business development, operational performance, and expansion across Rajasthan and other leisure destinations. He will also oversee owner relations and management solutions for hotel partners.
Gaurav brings over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in pre-opening strategy, hotel operations, revenue management, sales, and marketing. He has worked closely with hotel owners on developing and positioning hospitality assets.
Speaking on his elevation, Gaurav Mudgal, said, “Black Rock has witnessed remarkable growth over the last few years, and we are now entering a phase where scale, strategic planning and execution will define our success. Our focus will be on expanding our portfolio of luxury resorts, destination hotels and experiential hospitality assets while strengthening our management solutions for hotel owners.
We also want to partner with owners from the earliest stages of development, helping them create commercially successful hospitality assets through strong planning, revenue strategy and operational excellence. Prior to this, he held leadership roles with Fairmont Jaipur and InterContinental Hotels Group.
His elevation comes as the company focuses on expanding its portfolio across luxury resorts, destination hotels, and experiential hospitality projects, particularly in Rajasthan and other emerging leisure markets.
