The Orchid Chandigarh is hosting a South Indian Thali Feast at South of Vindhyas, its South Indian speciality restaurant, from 18 July to 31 July 2026.

The limited-period dining festival brings together regional dishes from across Southern India, offering guests an opportunity to experience traditional recipes prepared using fresh ingredients, aromatic spices and established cooking techniques.

Traditional Thalis on the Menu

The festival features both vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis, with each meal comprising a selection of dishes representing different South Indian culinary traditions. The menu has been designed to offer a balanced dining experience while showcasing a variety of regional flavours.
