The Ritz-Carlton, Pune Appoints Natasha D’Souza as Training Manager

The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has announced the appointment of Natasha D’Souza as Training Manager, supporting the hotel’s focus on learning and development.

Natasha brings over a decade of experience across hospitality, sales, learning and development, and academia. Her areas of expertise include instructional design, training facilitation, talent development, and learning strategy.

Prior to this role, Natasha served as Course Coordination Head and Lecturer for the University of West London Distance Learning Programme at IIHM Pune. In this position, she was responsible for designing and delivering learning programmes aligned with industry frameworks, and conducting sessions in areas such as communication, marketing, human resource management, and digital skills. She also worked on training needs analysis, learning assessments, and workshop facilitation, while engaging with industry stakeholders.

Earlier in her career, she held sales roles with hospitality brands including Novotel Pune and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.

In her new role, Natasha will lead learning and development initiatives at the hotel and align training programmes with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. She will also work with associates to support ongoing learning and development.
