APPOINTMENT

The Leela Gandhinagar has appointed Abhishek Singh as the new Director of Operations, marking a significant leadership addition to the hotel’s executive team.

Abhishek brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in operational excellence, people-centric leadership and elevating guest experiences.

Prior to this appointment, Abhishek served as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms at The Leela Mumbai. His career within The Leela group also includes key leadership roles at The Leela Palace Udaipur, where he managed diverse functions spanning front office operations, housekeeping, wellness, and guest experience design.

In his new role, Abhishek will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, focusing on enhancing service excellence, optimizing performance across departments.

An alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, Abhishek is certified in the LEAD Program and Train The Trainer certification.
