Hilton Adds The BoTree London to Its Curio Collection Portfolio

Hilton has expanded its Curio Collection in the UK with the signing of The BoTree London, Curio Collection by Hilton. Located in the heart of Marylebone, the hotel joins Hilton’s growing lifestyle portfolio and continues its long-standing collaboration with Shiva Hotels.

Initially opened in 2023, The BoTree features 200 rooms designed with botanical elements, vibrant tones, and natural light. Guests can explore three main experiences within the property: LAVO, a two-level restaurant offering coastal Italian cuisine; The BoTree Bar, which transitions from daytime to evening social activity; and 77, a cultural venue hosting DJs and private events in a purpose-built environment. A 33-seat screening room is also available for intimate gatherings.

The hotel is positioned at the intersection of Marylebone, Mayfair, and Soho, providing access to boutique shopping, cultural venues, dining, and entertainment across the three neighbourhoods.

Patrick Fitzgibbon, Senior Vice President of Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Hilton, said the addition of The BoTree supports Hilton’s aim to introduce more lifestyle-led hotels in key urban locations. He highlighted Shiva Hotels’ experience in developing properties that align with the Curio Collection’s focus on individuality and local character.

Brooke Thomas, Brand Leader for Curio Collection by Hilton, noted the brand’s continued growth in the UK and said The BoTree aligns with its approach to distinctive design and curated guest experiences.

Eva Mount, General Manager of The BoTree, said joining Hilton will support the hotel’s ongoing efforts to build community connections and welcome international and local guests.

The BoTree London offers convenient access to Bond Street station and the Elizabeth Line, enabling connections to Heathrow Airport, the City of London, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, and the O2 Arena.

The property will participate in Hilton Honors, offering members benefits such as flexible payment options, exclusive rates, and complimentary standard Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located at 30 Marylebone Lane, London W1U 2DR, United Kingdom.
