
Taj Chandigarh has announced the appointment of Dhruv Sharma as Food & Beverage Manager.
Sharma brings over 12 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a focus on food and beverage operations within luxury environments. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage functions, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and guest engagement.
Prior to this appointment, he has been associated with hospitality brands including Fairmont Jaipur, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, and Hilton. Most recently, he led food and beverage operations at a luxury resort, where he was involved in managing operational structures and service delivery.
His experience includes areas such as financial planning, inventory management, and overseeing service standards across multiple dining formats. He has also been involved in aligning dining concepts with evolving guest preferences.
In his new role, Sharma will focus on strengthening the hotel’s culinary offerings and supporting the development of its food and beverage positioning within the local market.
