Sterling Launches Arka Suites Puri, an All-Suite Boutique Hotel in Odisha
Sterling Holiday Resorts has announced the launch of Sterling Arka Suites Puri, an all-suite boutique hotel located within the same precinct as its existing Sterling Puri resort. The new addition expands the brand’s presence in coastal Odisha, offering a distinct stay concept while remaining connected to the broader resort ecosystem.
Conceived as a separate boutique block, Sterling Arka Suites Puri is designed to provide enhanced space, privacy, and a more personalised stay experience. While integrated with the flagship resort, the all-suite property operates as an independent sanctuary, catering to travellers seeking quieter, more spacious accommodation in Puri.
The hotel features suites with private balconies overlooking the pool, spacious interiors, and design elements inspired by Odisha’s Pattachitra art tradition. Living and bathing areas are designed for comfort and functionality, reflecting a contemporary coastal aesthetic.
Commenting on the launch, Vikram Lalvani, Managing Director and CEO of Sterling, said the addition represents the next phase of the brand’s journey in Puri, allowing Sterling to offer a wider range of stay options within a single destination. He noted that the all-suite format provides travellers with greater flexibility, whether visiting for leisure, cultural exploration, or extended stays.
Dining at the property is led by Solara, the on-site restaurant serving a menu of global cuisine with regional influences. Guests also have access to Amo Odisha, the Odiya speciality restaurant located at the adjoining Sterling Puri resort. The culinary offering is complemented by curated cultural experiences, including Pattachitra art sessions, Odissi dance performances, sand art workshops, culinary demonstrations, and festival-linked showcases such as the Rath Yatra and the Konark Dance Festival.
Sterling Arka Suites Puri also enhances the destination’s capacity for events and gatherings, with configurable spaces that can accommodate large groups, as well as activity areas and cultural-learning zones designed for younger guests.
