Sofitel Introduces Fruit Kiss Croissant Collection
Sofitel Launches La Haute Croissanterie Fruit Kiss for Summer Season
Sofitel has introduced the second edition of its limited-period La Haute Croissanterie collection, titled Fruit Kiss. The collection features ten fruit-inspired croissants created by Sofitel pastry chefs across selected properties worldwide.
Available for three months during the summer season, the collection focuses on seasonal fruits paired with traditional French croissant-making techniques. The range includes flavours such as Raspberry Kiss, Lemon Kiss, Cherry Kiss, Mango Kiss, Passion Fruit Kiss, Peach Kiss and Fig Kiss.

According to the hotel group, the collection has been designed around fresh fruit flavours, balanced textures and laminated pastry, with each recipe developed to reflect seasonal ingredients and lighter flavour profiles. Participating hotels include properties in London, Paris, Dubai, Sydney, Mexico City and Panama City.

Anne-Cecile Degenne, Corporate Executive Chef of Sofitel and Sofitel Legend, said the Fruit Kiss collection was created to highlight fruit-focused flavours while maintaining the balance between pastry texture and filling.

Nicolas Gronier, Vice President of Marketing for Sofitel & Sofitel Legend, said the collection continues the La Haute Croissanterie concept by exploring seasonal themes inspired by French gastronomy and market produce.

The Fruit Kiss collection follows the hotel group’s earlier La Haute Croissanterie Blossoms edition and will be available globally for a limited time.
