Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel Elevates Sourav Pal Chowdhury to Director of Food & Beverage

Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel has elevated Sourav Pal Chowdhury to Director of Food & Beverage.
This follows his tenure as Assistant Director, where he contributed to strengthening the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
Sourav brings nearly 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with prior associations including Conrad, Hilton, and Hyatt. At the property, he is recognised for his operational focus and team-led approach to enhancing guest experiences.
In his new role, he will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the hotel’s F&B division, including signature outlets such as Feast and Zega, along with banqueting and in-room dining. He will also focus on strengthening guest engagement through initiatives such as Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels.
His responsibilities include driving service consistency, enhancing dining experiences, and supporting overall business growth within the food and beverage segment.
