Seaview Hotel & Golf Club Joins Destination by Hyatt
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that Seaview Hotel & Golf Club in Galloway, New Jersey, has joined the Destination by Hyatt brand. The addition strengthens Hyatt’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region while retaining the resort’s long-standing identity along the Jersey Shore.

Set across 670 acres along Reed’s Bay, the resort combines early 20th-century architecture with updated amenities for leisure, golf and meetings. Located approximately eight miles from Atlantic City, it is also accessible from Philadelphia, New York and Washington, D.C., offering a quieter alternative to the nearby boardwalk district.

The hotel features 296 guest rooms and 16 suites, along with 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space. Venues can accommodate large gatherings of up to 1,000 guests as well as smaller meetings. The culinary programme is led by Executive Chef Rodolfo Correa.
Golf remains central to the resort’s offering, with two championship courses on site. The Bay Course, originally designed by Donald Ross and Hugh Wilson, overlooks Atlantic City and the surrounding barrier islands. The Pines Course, designed by William Flynn and Howard Toomey, is set within pine woodland behind the hotel. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and chipping area, supported by a full-service pro shop.
Additional amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness centre, nature trails and the Noyes Art Gallery, along with views across the bay and golf courses.
“Seaview Hotel has welcomed generations of guests for well over a century, and its sense of place is inseparable from the history and culture of the Jersey Shore,” said Robert Morgan, General Manager of Seaview Hotel & Golf Club. “Becoming part of the Destination by Hyatt brand allows Seaview Hotel to maintain its unique character while tapping into Hyatt’s global platform, introducing this remarkable resort to new travelers while continuing to serve loyal guests and the surrounding community.”
