Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel, have announced new appointments in their commercial team, signalling team growth as Fairmont Mumbai completes its one year and Roswyn moves toward its debut.
Sneha Jha- Appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing

In this role, she will oversee the commercial direction for both properties to strengthen their presence in the Mumbai market.
With over two decades of experience in hospitality, Sneha brings extensive expertise in luxury hotel sales, commercial strategy, pre-openings and corporate relations. She has held senior sales leadership roles across leading hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Marriott International, and Sofitel Mumbai BKC.
Sneha has also contributed to several hotel launches, including the opening of The Westin Goa, and was part of the pre-opening commercial team that brought Fairmont Mumbai to market.
Sharing her thoughts Sneha Jha, said, “Growth today is not just about scale — it’s about relevance and building relations. The opportunity is to build two brands that grow differently yet move forward together.”
Deepak Khusalani- Appointed as Director of Revenue & Reservations

Deepak Khusalani has been appointed as the new Director of Revenue & Reservations for Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel, overseeing revenue strategy and demand optimisation across both properties.
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Deepak brings extensive expertise in revenue management, commercial forecasting, and pricing strategy. Prior to joining Fairmont Mumbai, he spent nearly a decade with Hyatt Hotels, most recently serving as Area Director of Revenue.
Earlier in his career, Deepak held revenue leadership roles within the Accor portfolio at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, where he played a key role in strengthening revenue performance and market positioning for the luxury property.
In his current role, he leads the revenue and reservations function across both Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, focusing on revenue optimization, demand generation, and strategic market positioning to drive sustained commercial performance.

Sonia Paul- Promoted to Director of Marketing & Communications

Sonia Paul will lead with an expanded dual-brand leadership role as Director of Marketing & Communications for Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, A Morgans Originals Hotel.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, preopening, strategic collaborations, brand positioning, media relations, conceptual content creation, Sonia brings a cross-industry perspective shaped through early years in advertising with global agency J. Walter Thompson, followed by senior roles across hospitality brands as Cluster Director at Hyatt Hotels – West India with currently leading from pre-opening to launch of 2 luxury hotels of Accor.
Her expertise lies in unique collaborations, amplifying events via cross promotions, hand pick IPs and strategic brand plus content placement to create virality and chatter across market and web.
In her expanded role, she will oversee pre-opening and positioning of Roswyn, brand strategy, storytelling, partnerships, and guest engagement across both properties.

Anirban De Munshi- Appointed as Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

Anirban De Munshi has been appointed Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, leading the digital strategy and performance ecosystem across both properties.
With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, brand growth, and revenue acceleration across luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands, Anirban brings expertise in e-commerce strategy, performance marketing, OTA optimisation, and data-driven digital transformation. His career includes marketing leadership roles with Accor and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where he led integrated campaigns, digital launches, and revenue-driving initiatives across hotel and F&B portfolios.
In his current role, he oversees the digital ecosystem across both properties, driving brand growth, performance marketing, analytics-led strategy, and the digital presence of hotel and dining experiences.
