Ronil Goa Strengthens Commercial Leadership with Key Appointment

Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel has announced the appointment of Shruti Shivalkar as Director of Sales, reinforcing the boutique resort’s commercial leadership as it continues to strengthen its presence in North Goa.

Shruti’s appointment comes at an important stage in the hotel’s growth journey, as it continues to expand its positioning within Goa’s competitive hospitality landscape.

With over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Shruti has worked with leading international brands including Hyatt, Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International.

Throughout her career, she has managed key segments such as corporate, MICE, transient, and long-stay markets, building strong industry relationships while driving visibility and sustainable revenue growth.

Known for her collaborative and people-centric leadership style, Shruti’s approach aligns with the hotel’s experience-driven philosophy. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing commercial strategy, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth across key segments.

Speaking on her appointment, Shruti noted that the individuality and authenticity of the JdV by Hyatt brand drew her to the opportunity.
