Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels Appoints Franck Lopez as Chief Operations Officer

Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels has appointed Franck Lopez as Chief Operations Officer, effective 1 May 2026. He succeeds Jean-Louis Pismont, who will take on the role of Chief Officer – International Hotel Operations until his retirement in November.

Lopez brings over 30 years of experience in the international hospitality industry. He is a graduate of Vatel and has held senior leadership roles with brands including Mövenpick, InterContinental, and Banyan Tree. His experience includes positions as General Manager, Cluster General Manager, and Area General Manager, with responsibility for multiple properties. He has also previously managed resorts in Mauritius.

In his new role, Lopez will oversee operational strategy and execution across the group.

Jean-Louis Pismont, who has been associated with Beachcomber for 28 years, will now focus on the group’s international projects. His tenure includes leading multiple resorts and contributing to operational development and team leadership within the organisation.

Lopez stated that he looks forward to contributing to the group’s operations and working with teams across its properties.
