Radisson Hotel Group Signs Radisson Hotel Kishangarh, Its 20th Property in Rajasthan
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of Radisson Hotel Kishangarh, marking the company’s entry into the city and bringing its development pipeline in Rajasthan to 20 properties.
Located in Kishangarh, the city is known for its marble industry and its tradition of miniature painting. It also benefits from tourism linked to nearby destinations such as Ajmer and Pushkar, which attract visitors throughout the year.
The signing forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s strategy to expand its presence in emerging markets and strengthen its footprint in key regional destinations across India.
The planned hotel will include 150 rooms and suites, along with dining outlets and meeting facilities. The property will also offer event and conference spaces designed to host business meetings, weddings and social gatherings.
The hotel will cater to a mix of business and leisure travellers, as well as events and meetings linked to the city’s commercial activity. The design is expected to incorporate modern hospitality features while reflecting elements of the region’s cultural and artistic heritage.
According to Nikhil Sharma, Kishangarh is emerging as a hospitality market supported by commercial activity, religious tourism and improved connectivity. The city lies within a 30–45 kilometre radius of Ajmer and Pushkar and is located near Kishangarh Airport.
Sharma noted that the city currently has a limited presence of branded hotels despite steady travel demand driven by the marble trade, manufacturing activity, and pilgrimage tourism. He added that the project supports the company’s expansion strategy in tier-2 markets with long-term demand potential.
The hotel’s location near the airport is expected to support accessibility for both business and leisure travellers. The property is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027.
Davashish Srivastava said the signing aligns with the group’s approach of developing hotels in markets with strong commercial and tourism drivers. Kishangarh’s location between Ajmer and Pushkar, along with its role in the marble trade, makes it a suitable destination for the Radisson brand, he added.

The project is being developed in partnership with Cygnus Township LLP. Rajendra Gupta said the collaboration aims to support the city’s hospitality infrastructure as Kishangarh continues to grow as a centre for trade and tourism.
Once operational, Radisson Hotel Kishangarh is expected to add new accommodation capacity and event facilities to the region while supporting the city’s commercial and tourism activities.
