Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka Appoints Ranjan Banerjee as General Manager

Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka has announced the appointment of Ranjan Banerjee as General Manager. He brings over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry.

Ranjan Banerjee has held leadership roles across several hotel groups, including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Sayaji Hotels and Indian Hotels Company Limited. He now joins Radisson Hotel Group, where he will oversee hotel operations and team management.

He began his career at InterContinental Eros New Delhi and has since worked across properties, including Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah in Oman, Soaltee Crowne Plaza Kathmandu, Crowne Plaza Gurugram, Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini and Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla. In these roles, he managed operations, supported market positioning and worked on guest engagement initiatives.

His experience also includes a tenure with Marriott International as Head of Asset Management for JW Marriott Kolkata and Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, followed by his role as General Manager at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa.

He has also worked with IHCL across properties such as Taj Lands End, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Andamans, Taj Chia Kutir Darjeeling and Tajview Agra – IHCL SeleQtions, where he was involved in operational and performance-related initiatives.

Ranjan Banerjee is known for his focus on team development and collaborative work environments. His contributions have been recognised through industry accolades, including Forbes’ Top 100 Great People Managers lists in 2019 and 2020, and the Helen Keller Award for Diversity and Inclusion.
