Radisson Expands Scotland Portfolio with Green Hotel in Kinross

Radisson Hotel Group has added Green Hotel in Kinross, Perthshire, to its Radisson Individuals portfolio. Located in the Scottish countryside, the property combines hospitality, golf, and heritage within a large estate setting.

Originally built as an 18th-century coaching house, the hotel currently features 46 guestrooms and plans to add 14 more by 2027. The property is also expected to undergo upgrades across guest rooms and public spaces while retaining its traditional Scottish character.

Joep Peeters, Chief Operating Officer Franchise EMEA at Radisson Hotel Group, said the addition of Green Hotel reflects the company’s focus on expanding its portfolio with properties that offer local character and heritage experiences.

The hotel provides access to two 18-hole golf courses, The Montgomery and The Bruce, both designed for different styles of play and skill levels.

Dining options at the property include the 1567 Restaurant overlooking the courtyard and Jock’s Bar, which serves regional dishes, local ales, and the hotel’s own Loch Leven gin.

The hotel also caters to weddings, social gatherings, and business meetings, with three meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 80 guests.

Dean Charalambous of Artemis Hotels Management said the partnership with Radisson Individuals allows the hotel to reach a broader audience while maintaining its traditional Scottish hospitality identity.

The addition enhances the hotel Group’s footprint in Scotland by expanding its Individuals collection, which emphasizes independent hotels with unique local charm.
