Emirates Showcases Travel Products at ITB China 2026

ITB China 2026 Marks Emirates’ First Participation at Event

Emirates has made its debut at ITB China 2026, showcasing its onboard products and travel experience at the travel trade exhibition held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre from 26 to 28 May.

The airline’s participation highlights its continued focus on the Chinese market and its efforts to strengthen engagement with travel industry partners in the region.

At the exhibition, Emirates is displaying its Premium Economy Class seat, along with amenity kits and Voya skincare products featured in the Airbus A380 First Class Shower Spa. The stand has been designed to give visitors and travel trade partners an overview of the airline’s onboard products and services.

Throughout the event, Emirates is also holding meetings with travel industry stakeholders to discuss commercial partnerships and future business opportunities.

Adam Li, Vice President of Emirates China, said the exhibition provides an opportunity for the airline to strengthen relationships with travel trade partners in China and explore future collaboration across the travel sector. He added that the airline continues to invest in products and services for Chinese travellers.

In mainland China, Emirates currently operates daily nonstop flights connecting Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou to Dubai, as well as twice-daily services between Shanghai and Dubai. The airline operates Airbus A380, Boeing 777-300ER, and Airbus A350 aircraft on these routes.

Since beginning passenger services to China in 2004, Emirates has introduced several services tailored to Chinese travellers, including regional dining options, Chinese-language entertainment content on its inflight entertainment system, and Chinese-speaking cabin crew.

According to Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai recorded approximately 824,000 Chinese visitors in 2024, reflecting continued growth in tourism and travel demand between China and the UAE.

Through its Dubai hub, the airline connects travellers from China to destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
